Some Lessons Bollywood Left Us With.
Who doesn’t love Bollywood? We all do! While we all watch movies with cheese popcorn in our hands, we forget to pay deeper attention to these lessons they leave us with! Never take masala filled Bollywood movie lightly.
Goliyon Ki Rassleela Ram -Leela – “Meri mardangi ke bare mein aap gaon ki kisi bhi ladki se pooch sakte ho … report achchi e milegi”
Reassurance is what people survive on. A person is good or bad or “a stud” needs to be around the city for people to believe it. Because who believes in actions? Its all words!
Taare Zameen Par – “Apni ambitions ka wajan apne bachcho ke nazuk kandhon pe daalna … it’s worse than child labour”
This is a request to all parents out there.. live and let live. Your children have their own set of goals and aspirations in life so encourage them to reach those.
Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna – “Waqt ka matlab hota hai, ab … pyar karna hai, toh ab … maafi maangna hai, toh ab … haath pakadna hai, toh ab”
Time is precious so don’t waste it. Do it now otherwise it’s going to become never.
Dil Dhadakne Do – “Agar koi ladka kisi ladki se mile to uski family ko koi problem nahin. Kehte hain ladka jawaan ho gaya hai. Lekin agar koi ladki koi ladke se mile to ijjat kharab hi jaati hai. Kamal ka logic hai..”
Why do we think like this? Read those words again and truly answer this to yourself, does it even make sense? Don’t encourage your sons to do wrong.
Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai Dobara – “Peene ki capacity, jeene ki strength, account ka balance aur naam ka khauf … kabhi bhi kam nahi hona chahiye..”
So what this taught us is that money, power and alcohol is a necessity and never compromise on that. Good wine is always going to cost you a little more.
Fashion – “Success ki seedi chadte huye jin logo se mulaqat hoti hai … wohi log phir se seedi utarte huye bhi milte hai”
Never forget people because you’re successful. Always value people who stick by you through the rough patches because they are the one who should matter.
Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge – “Bade bade shehron mein aisi chhoti chhoti baatein hoti rehti hain”
Haha! We all know this one by heart. Let go of all the pessimism and say, hello to optimism.
Ishq – “Zindagi mein teen cheezon ke peechey kabhi nahin bhagna chahiye – bus, train aur chhokri”
Bollywood is always fun and dramatic. This one is one of my favorite! Never chase anything or anyone who has left you!
2 States – “Agar suddenly ek saath sab kuch theek ho jaaye … toh life bahut boring ho jaati hai”
Always keep it interesting! So this one is a Pro – Girl dialogue. Drama, drama and drama is always welcome. Do not let anything go away being boring!
Fanaa – “Bhool karke agar humse koi bhool hui ho, toh bhool samajhkar bhula dena … lekin bhulana sirf bhool ko, galati se bhi hum mein na bhula dena”
This one is a good one and we should all follow it! Always remember to forgive people for what they do and not forget them.
Bollywood will never fail to entertain you and will teach you some lessons too!
